A workshop to enhance the satisfaction and happiness of dealers with the interface staff of Ajman Police

As part of its continuous efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and happiness, and in order to spread knowledge of human resources, the Ajman Police General Command organized a workshop in the presence of the center's front and back-end employees and call center employees, to urge them to double the improvement in customer service, in accordance with the standards of the Emirates Government Excellence Service program.
The workshop was presented by Major Mohammed Khalfan Al Shaali, Head of Drivers Licensing Department, starting by thanking and appreciating the employees to achieve 98.6% in the happiness index for the customers, praising the concerted efforts to provide services that delight customers and exceeding their expectations, as well as reviewing the improvement initiatives developed according to what was mentioned in the guide to the quality of government services .
He also touched on explaining the criteria for dealing with customers, noting to enhance their happiness and reception, with joy and welcome, and to treat them with justice and equality.
At the end of the workshop, Major Muhammad Khalfan Al Shaali praised the efforts made by the attendees and thanked them for their effective role in supporting the achievement of leadership in the vision of the United Arab Emirates 2021, and urged them to innovate in order to develop service provision in the center and transfer the experiences of employees and urge the clients to suggest and express an opinion.
