His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, congratulated on the occasion of evaluating the Traffic and Licensing Center among the five best centers in the country and upgrading to a five-star level in the global star rating, to His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al-Nuaimi, Supreme Council member and Ruler of Ajman And to His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, Chairman of the Executive Council, and to the team, His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior for this achievement.
Maj. Gen. Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi confirmed that the announcement of the Traffic and Licensing Center in Ajman is among the five best according to the comprehensive evaluation report on the level of services in 600 government centers in the country, and achieving a five-star rating level is an achievement achieved by leadership in providing services and thanks to the solidarity of the efforts of workers At the center, and by continuing to apply the best modern methods and systems to enhance the happiness and satisfaction of the public with the services provided, and to automate the services and turn them into smart services on the application of the Ajman condition, which contributed to reducing the number of auditors, including renewing the property, paying violations, and opening traffic files for obtaining For driving licenses and services provided to senior citizens.
His Excellency said that the leadership has achieved a qualitative shift in the efficiency of the traffic services provided by the center, through continuous development in the technical field and the recruitment of experiences, and the application of the latest traffic regulations applied globally, and associated with programs that support the center with the most accurate data on vehicles, violators and accidents.
He added that Ajman Police attaches great importance to the support of the center for the happiness of the public, as the percentage of happiness of customers reached 98.6%, according to the measurement of monitoring devices for the happiness of customers in the center, indicating his happiness that the leadership in providing the finest services and work positively to the happiness of dealers, is no longer ambitious but has become a commitment, Ajman Police is working to achieve it by keeping pace with global progress, providing the public with pleasure, and completing their transactions with the highest quality standards.
