Major General Sultan Al-Nuaimi praises the efforts of the Finance and Human Resources Departments in developing performance and rationalizing expenditures

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, accompanied by Brigadier Ali Hamid Al-Mussaybi, Deputy Director General of Resources and Support Services, and Brigadier Ali Obaid Al-Shamsi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development, and Colonel Mohammed Shaiban Suwaidan, Director of Human Resources Department, visited his inspection of the Human Resources Department And the Department of Financial Affairs in implementation of the timetable for the annual commander-in-chief inspection system in accordance with the approved standards to review the progress of work procedures and determine the needs and requirements for development and modernization. His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police began his visit by inspecting the Human Resources Department and familiarizing with the administrative processes through which the departments are supported with national competencies, checking their relevance to the policies related to the field of human resources, as well as the polarization mechanisms, the system of interviews, testing, appointment and the criteria followed when selecting applicants for vacancies. His Excellency also reviewed the electronic system for human resources and the plans and development programs developed to raise the level of the efficiency of human cadres in Ajman police, and his happiness discussed the challenges facing the functioning of the job to determine improvement and development plans according to quality standards based on the proposals and needs of the staff, and praised the efforts of employees in developing performance And the promotion of police work in the field of human resources. Then, His Excellency went to the Financial Affairs Department, and was received by Colonel Khalfan Nasser Al-Suwaidi, Director of Finance and a number of officers in the administration, during which he inspected the mechanisms of financial planning and investment of resources and services aimed at developing the level of financial and administrative work through the application of quality concepts at the level of the internal and external audiences He also briefed his Excellency on the measures implemented by following the strategic plan for revenue development and rationalization of expenditures, aimed at raising the level of optimal use of resources and the preservation of property. At the end of the visit, His Excellency praised the efforts made to raise performance indicators and support rationalization campaigns and reduce costs in a manner consistent with the leadership methodology aimed at reducing costs in various fields, by exploiting the potentials for optimal utilization to harness it for the benefit of Ajman police, stressing the need to strengthen cooperation and communication with partners in Society, motivating the distinguished and always striving to simplify and develop financial procedures.
