Ajman Police Youth Council discusses the challenges of policing

In the context of seeking to achieve the strategic goals of the Ajman Police General Command, the Ajman Police Youth Council organized a brainstorming session to discuss the most important challenges facing policing, and learn about their ambitions, aspirations and proposals to develop the work, in the presence of a number of Ajman police employees.
First Lieutenant Rashid Hamdan Al-Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Police Youth Council, welcomed the attendees and praised the efforts exerted by youth in each of his duties and specialization in a manner that supports the achievement of national, strategic and operational leadership indicators, and reviewed the goals and tasks of the Council and the communication channels of the Council.
Then the discussion opened for associates to review the most important challenges and proposals that enhance the improvement of work quality and achieve indicators of happiness and positivity for workers and customers. The session resulted in recommendations that included empowering young people to work in order to achieve the vision of the evidence and the strategy of the Ministry of Interior and create a stimulating and positive environment that helps to distinguish, creativity and innovation.
