The Subcommittee on Population Composition in the Emirate of Ajman discusses ways to support the achievement of its indicators

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police chaired the meeting of the Subcommittee on the Population Composition in the Emirate of Ajman, in the presence of the members of the Committee to discuss the achievement of indicators related to the demographics at the level of the Emirate of Ajman, in the Police Training Institute in Ajman Police.
His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Population Formation, welcomed the members of the Committee, praising their efforts in achieving the goals of the committee according to what meets the aspirations of the rational government, and achieving distinct population development and keeping pace with the rapid development in various aspects of life.
During the meeting, the demographics of the Emirate of Ajman was discussed, and the numbers and nationalities of the population from the employment sector and workers in the economic activities were limited, and the most important indicators of the population composition, including the fertility index and the extent of its achievement, were reviewed.
For her part, Dr. Hajar Saeed Al-Hubaishi, Executive Director of Ajman Statistics and Competitiveness Center in Ajman, reviewed the file of estimates of the demographics of Ajman in 2019, and expected in 2020.
His Excellency Colonel Mohamed Shaiban Suwaidan, Director of Human Resources Department and Committee Rapporteur, also reviewed the national population strategy and population reality of the Emirate of Ajman, the characteristics of the population, citizens, residents and foreigners, and the challenges facing population growth.
At the end of the meeting, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police thanked the members of the committee for their efforts and achievements that support the achievement of indicators in line with the vision of the government, and enhances the position of the Emirate of Ajman.
