In order to enhance the process of effective communication and exchange of experiences and knowledge among its employees, the General Command of Ajman Police launched the “Tour of Leadership” initiative to enhance the culture and experiences of employees, especially new ones, with work mechanisms at the level of leadership, achievements and tasks in departments, in order to achieve the strategic goal of the Ministry of Interior to ensure the provision of all administrative services According to the standards of quality, efficiency and transparency.
The initiative came under the guidance of His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, who stressed the importance of supporting a policy of effective communication and communication between employees in various departments, departments and police stations, and the exchange of experiences and knowledge between employees.
The initiative was implemented in its first stage by taking a number of new employees in the leadership on a field tour that included the Al-Naimiya Police Station comprehensive, during which they got acquainted with the smart check project and its work mechanism in terms of receiving and dealing with communications and communicating with the author until the issue was resolved, then they visited the Traffic and Licensing Services Center and reviewed The center's achievements and the most prominent statistics and features of the center as one of the best service centers in the country.
The employees also got acquainted with the tasks of the Support Services Department and its importance in facilitating the work tasks of other departments as the primary element that provides the necessary support for all departments and policies that the administration follows to protect resources and preserve the environment, and concluded the tour with a visit to the penal and correctional institution in Ajman to see the mechanism of the institution and smart services such as service Remote visits and supermarkets, who also viewed the workshops developed to empower inmates and enhance their craft skills.
