Ajman Police learn best practices at the Dubai Smart Police Center SPS

Within the framework of achieving institutional leadership and enhancing societal partnership with various government agencies and institutions in the country, a delegation from the Ajman Police General Command visited the Dubai Smart Police Center SPS in the Lamir Jumeirah area to learn about best practices, in order to achieve the direction of good leadership to support the smart transformation in providing services.
The delegation was headed by Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development and Chairman of the Smart Transformation Committee of Ajman Police, accompanied by Lieutenant Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of the Al Nuaimiya Police Station, Lieutenant Colonel Sultan Khalifa Abu Muhair, Director of Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, and Major Khalil Ibrahim Al Hammadi, Head of the Electronic Services and Communications Division A number of officers described the members of the Smart Transformation Committee.

Then the delegation got acquainted with the types of smart police stations, including the smart police station SPS, and the smart police station Drive Through SPS Drive through, which requires the customer to enter the center to obtain services and provide happiness and entertainment for the customers, while the third type is the smart police station Walk in SPS Walk in which is a device Automated, the customer can obtain services from him without getting off his vehicle and provides 16 services. The center is designed according to the nature of the site he is in.
The delegation also reviewed the center's work mechanism since the customer entered the center and the platforms that he passes through before his arrival at the service delivery room, in which the required service is provided in 6 global languages ​​without the use of the human element, in addition to identifying data storage systems and smart systems used in the center.
At the end of the visit, the Ajman Police delegation praised the technologies used in the smart police center, and Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi also thanked the Dubai Police for their constructive cooperation and good reception to the delegation of Ajman Police, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation and exchanging experiences between the two parties in various fields to support the quality of work It achieves the desired goals.
