Lt. Col. Abdullah Yusef Al-Awadi said that the idea of the project came to protect the donation fund from the thefts that it was exposed to, as it was noticed recently that many of them - especially - in front of mosques, so the idea originated by installing a smart alarm that works loudly when opened without the card assigned to the person who supervises On the box, by linking the box to an alarm device and a camera that opens automatically when the device is working, with the aim of taking a picture of the actor with a message sent (sms) to the relationship owner or responsible for the fund and thus protecting it from thefts before they happen.
He added that the donation box consists of cameras that work automatically to photograph when breaking or opening the box with the intention of trying to steal, and that these cameras are linked to a smart application to broadcast all the video clips remotely when needed, as it was provided with a high-volume alert device and sensors that alert the person responsible for opening the box, in addition to Send a text message to the phone of the person responsible for collecting donations from piggy banks.
