His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police and head of the Ajman Emergency and Crisis and Disaster Management team, chaired the team’s meeting to discuss ways to tackle Corona’s disease, in the presence of managers and representatives of federal and local government agencies in the emirate.
His Excellency the Commander of Ajman Police Commenced the meeting by welcoming the attendees, appreciating their efforts to achieve security and safety in the Emirate of Ajman, calling for unifying efforts and enhancing cooperation between team members to achieve the highest level of readiness and preparedness to manage emergencies, crises and disasters to address Corona disease and prevent its spread.
His Excellency Hamad Tarim Al Shamsi, Director of Ajman Medical Zone, reviewed the readiness of the medical district to deal with corona's disease, as presented by Dr. Amal Al-Suwaidi detailed explanation of developments in the field of specialization on injuries, transmission and prevention methods, and the measures taken by the Preventive Medicine Department regarding the disease.
In the same context, His Excellency Brigadier General Mohamed Abdullah Alwan, Executive Director of Residence and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman, addressed the precautionary measures taken by the border outlets to prevent the spread of the disease and its entry through the border outlets.
