Ajman Police General Headquarters assisted an Asian worker after the work experiences fever, cough, and Dyspnea, and call out for help by publishing a video on his twitter account claiming to procure medical examinations fearing to be coronavirus, as the company he works in failed to assist the worker.
The Major Mohamed Bin Yafor Al Ghafli, Deputy Director of Criminal Investigations Department in Ajman Police, said that as soon as Ajman police knew this, it took the required procedures to move to the worker accommodation site in Second Garf Industrial area. The place had been secured by applying the applicable mechanism to deal with the suspected cases of coronavirus. The police communicated with Ajman medical area to bring the medical crew and equipped ambulance to his residence area, where the medical care is provided and the required medical examinations are performed thereto. Later it was found that he is not infected with coronavirus.
He only has influenza and cold. We have also communicated with the company representative and notified him about the necessity to follow up the workers and provide them the required requirements in light of the current crisis.
Managing Director of investigation and criminal investigation department in Ajman Police Headquarter, asked the companies owners and overseer to be liable and follow up the workers conditions regularly, with providing all the necessary requirements, with verifying their commitment to the precautionary measures, together with security and precautions that prevent the outbreak of virus.
