The permanent Supreme committee of Ajman Police discusses the results of achieving strategic indicators and preventive measures against the Corona virus

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police presided over the meeting of the permanent Supreme Committee of Ajman Police, which was held remotely via visual communication technology, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier General Abdullah Saif Al-Matroushi, General Director of Police Operations, and their Excellency members of the committee of the directors of departments in Ajman Police.

The meeting started with a review and follow-up of the implementation of the preventive measures used to limit the spread of the Corona virus in light of the current status, follow up the results, implement measures and improvement opportunities that enhance the achievement of the best results.

The meeting reviewed and discussed the results of achieving strategic indicators, and indicators of the national agenda during the first quarter and its implications for the low percentage of disturbing crimes in the Emirate of Ajman, and the decrease in traffic accidents due to the restriction of traffic accompanying the national sterilization program.

 

For his part, Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police stressed the need to intensify preventive and precautionary measures among Ajman police employees to ensure their health and safety, through monitoring thermal surveillance cameras in the departments, stressing the need to adhere to wearing masks, and to promote a culture of commitment The employees have to stay in their homes and not go out except for necessity.

During the meeting, the joint efforts exerted to restrict traffic and ensure the public’s commitment to their homes during the sterilization program period were reviewed, in addition to following up the preventive measures that were taken in the workers’ accommodations, and a discussion of overcoming the challenges that might best complete the program.
