Ajman Police approve the remote audit system on their applicable international standards systems

Within the framework of the Ajman Police GHQ's keenness to implement the command directions in applying the Business Continuity Management (BCM) standard, and implementing preventive instructions and procedures in limiting the spread of the Novel Coronavirus, the Department of Strategy and Performance Development at Ajman Police has implemented a remote audit system on the applicable international standards systems.

H. E. Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development Department at Ajman Police, said that the implementing the remote audit system to the standards systems came within the precautionary measures in limiting the spread of a Coronavirus, which is represented in social distancing, and limiting mixing and spatial convergence between employees and external auditors.

H. E. continued that the Quality Department has followed up the external audit remotely to the two standards of the Training Department (ISO 10015: 1999) and the Customer Service (Complaints Handling) (ISO 10002: 2018) and updating them in cooperation with the SGS company. The Ajman Police GHQ succeeded in passing the external auditing of the two previously mentioned standards through visual communication.
