His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police and Chairman of the Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management Team of the Emirate of Ajman chaired the team’s meeting to discuss ways to tackle Corona’s disease, in the presence of managers and representatives of federal and local government agencies in the emirate.
His Excellency the general Commander of Ajman Police began the meeting by welcoming the attendees, appreciating their efforts to achieve security and safety, and following up the implementation of procedures to confront the Corona virus in the Emirate of Ajman, calling for unifying efforts and strengthening cooperation between team members to achieve the highest level of readiness and preparedness for emergency management, crises and disasters to address the virus And to prevent its spread.
His Excellency Brigadier General Mohamed Abdullah Alwan, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs, reviewed the procedures followed in relation to residency violators, how to deal with them, and successful solutions in proportion to the current situation.
His Excellency Hamad Taryam Al Shamsi, Director of Ajman Medical District, also presented the readiness of the medical zone to establish the field hospital being established, and provide all the needs and supplies necessary to receive cases of infection with the Corona virus.
The meeting also discussed the readiness of the local authorities concerned with the quarantine centers, and the mechanism of providing logistical support to workers from charitable societies to achieve the highest levels of efficiency and readiness.
At the end of the meeting, His Excellency the Commander of Ajman Police and Team Leader praised the efforts made by the local team in the emergency system, crises and disasters in dealing with the disease, guiding the need to intensify efforts, cooperation and coordination between all parties at the local level, stressing the importance of work and dedication and developing capabilities and capabilities according to the responsive aspirations And dealing with emergency events.
