Ajman Security Services Support Authority discusses ways to enhance the quality of services

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police and Chairman of the Security Services Support Authority in Ajman chaired the meeting of the Authority in the presence of His Excellency Ali Al-Jassem, Executive Director of the Security Services Support Authority, and members of the Board of Colonel Sultan Khalifa bin Hareb, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, and His Excellency Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Awadi, Director of the Office of Emergency Management, Crisis and Disaster Management, Ajman, His Excellency Eng.

Omar Ahmed bin Saeed bin Omair, Director General of the Transport Authority, and His Excellency Omar Muhammad Al Shamsi to discuss ways to enhance the quality of services provided to the public in light of the Corona virus crisis, to ensure the safety of employees and customers.

His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police welcomed the attendees, praising their distinguished efforts in providing services according to the highest standards in light of the spread of Corona virus and the procedures applied in a way that ensures public safety for all, and the application of remote examination systems to enhance the satisfaction and happiness of customers and ensure the continuity of providing services safely.

For his part, Mr. Ali Al-Jassem, Director General of the Security Services Support Authority, affirmed the permanent commitment of the Authority to applying modern methods and the continuous pursuit of developing smart technology systems in a manner that supports facilitating procedures and reducing time and effort and preserves the safety of customers and employees, indicating that the authority adopted a sustainable development plan for training facilities A number of projects that support the Authority's work process were discussed and followed up.

At the end of the meeting, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al-Nuaimi stressed the need to follow the commitment to preventive measures by employees and customers, and to ensure the sterilization of facilities, offices and driver training cars on a regular basis, wishing them success in providing service to the public and maintaining their security and safety.
