Ajman Police General Command has identified 3 areas in the emirate to launch cannons to announce the coming of Eid Al-Adha, as was the practice every year.
Lt. Col. Hussein Al-Wars, Head of Transport and Workshops Department in Ajman Police, explained that the Eid cannon is considered a revival of local customs and traditions and is part of our adherence to the original social heritage that was established in the Emirate of Ajman, and accustomed to the children of the Emirates and residents of the state.
He added that to launch the cannons, all necessary measures and precautions were taken for what the public interest and safety of all segments of society require, wishing a happy holiday to all.
