Ajman Police returns a lost sum of money to an Asian woman after leaving the country

The Ajman Police General Command returned a sum of money to a woman who was residing in the emirate of Ajman of Asian nationality, and lost it before leaving the country to return to her country, within the framework of Ajman Police's endeavor to achieve its social responsibility and its keenness to restore rights to their owners.

His Excellency Lieutenant Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of the Madinah Comprehensive Police Station, said that a member of the public handed over a lost wallet to the Madinah Comprehensive Police Station after finding it in a public place in the Emirate of Ajman, and by checking it, he found personal evidence of a woman of Asian nationality and an amount of money, as it turned out. That the lady left the country and returned to her country.

His Excellency added that out of the Ajman Police’s keenness to restore rights to their owners, the first assistant, Omar Musabah Al Kaabi from the salary of the Madinah Comprehensive Police Station, worked diligently to search and investigate the woman, and due to her return to her country, he was unable to communicate with her, and by checking the wallet, an international number was found. It belongs to a person of Asian nationality residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, so he contacted him and asked him about the owner of the wallet, as he reported that he knew the woman and that she lives in a remote village in an Asian country.

After many attempts over the course of three months to communicate with Ms. because the area in which she resides does not have an Internet, the assistant first, Omar Al-Kaabi, was able to reach it through the WhatsApp application by one of her acquaintances in the vicinity and verify her ownership of the lost wallet through an official personal proof.
