Lt. Col. Dr. praised. Ali Mubarak Khamis Al Zaabi, Deputy Director of the Federal Police Care and Follow-up Department, made the distinguished efforts of the Police Follow-up Department at Ajman Police in smart transformation in work procedures, in order to achieve the Ministry of Interior's strategic objectives of enhancing security and safety, and enhancing customer satisfaction with the services provided.
This came during his inspection visit to the Police Follow-up Department in Ajman Police, and he was received by Major Salem Moftah Khamis, Head of the Police Follow-up Department, and Captain Majid Saeed Al-Ghafli from the Federal Police Follow-up Department, where he was briefed on the work mechanism in the department and the efforts made to follow up the implementation of the judicial rulings issued by Public Prosecution.
The Deputy Director of the Federal Police Care and Follow-up Department was also briefed on the smart transformation in the implementation of procedures in the Police Follow-up Department, praising the distinguished efforts in switching from the traditional paper-based procedures to smart procedures in which the person's attendance to the department was dispensed with to hand over documents and identity papers and were replaced by a system that allows taking pictures. Personal, remote fingerprinting, and electronic signature, which simplified and speeded up procedures to be completed in record time.
In a related context, Lt. Col. Dr. visited. Ali Mubarak Khamis Al Zaabi, Head of the Public Prosecution Office, to discuss developing a mechanism for implementing judicial rulings in order to achieve the desired goals and enhance satisfaction with the services provided. He also went to the Social Support Center and was briefed on the efforts made to achieve integration and community happiness, and to ensure the cohesion of families and their non-disintegration.
