Coinciding with the state’s celebrations of the 49th National Day, and under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, issued a decision to reduce the value of traffic violations by 50%, and cancel the reservation of vehicles and traffic points, starting From the second of December 2020 for a month. Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi explained that the reduction decision applies to all traffic violations committed in the Emirate of Ajman before 11/23/2020, with the exception of a violation of driving a vehicle in a way that endangers his life or the lives, safety or security of others, and the violation of making changes to the vehicle's engine or Al-Qaeda (Shassi) without a license, and violating the precautionary measures, instructions and duties imposed to limit the spread of the Covid 19 virus issued according to the decision of His Excellency the Attorney General No. 38 of 2020, amended by Resolution No. 54. His Excellency the Ajman Police Commander-in-Chief added that the reduction decision came to facilitate the payment of violators to reduce the severity of the economic and social impacts that the world is witnessing during this period, and in the interest of the Ajman Police to enhance the continuity of development in various fields, and to harness the means to ensure the happiness of customers and the completion of their work without disrupting their interests His Excellency called on vehicle owners to expedite the payment of violations and take advantage of the discount granted within the specified period, avoid committing violations and accidents and abide by traffic rules and guidelines, wishing safety for all.
