Ajman Police, Al-Thiqa support the Citizens House in Ajman With modern wheelchairs

As part of its continuous efforts to achieve its social responsibility towards the less fortunate groups of people of determination and senior citizens, the General Command of Ajman Police, in cooperation with the Thiqa Center for People of Determination, provided modern wheelchairs to the Senior Citizens Home in Ajman, in support of the National Policy for Senior Citizens and the National Strategy for Quality of Life 2031. Lt. Col. Muhammad Abdullah Abu Shihab, head of the Nuaimiya Comprehensive Police Station, said that this support came in cooperation with the Trust Center for People of Determination, based on bearing social responsibility towards senior citizens, in support of their needs and facilitating their movement, as they are our fathers and the first sacrifices who had the most important role in raising and upgrading Our society and our state. 10 modern wheelchairs with special and distinctive specifications were delivered in the presence of Ms. Hamda Al Shamsi, Director of the Senior Citizen Care Home in Ajman, and Dr. Medhat Ramadan, General Director of the Thiqa Center, and Dr. Mazhar Hussain, a specialist expert from the center, and a number of officers and employees of the center and the patronage of senior citizens. Lt. Col. Abu Shihab added that 2 chairs were delivered to the comprehensive Nuaimiya Police Station as part of the Ajman Police’s direction to support the needs of senior citizens and people of determination in service centers. Chairs will also be provided to all police stations and service centers in the coming stages. On her part, Ms. Hamda Al Shamsi, Director of the Senior Citizen Care Home in Ajman, thanked and appreciated the Ajman Police and Thiqah Center for their generous support and continued interest in senior citizens, and praised the leadership’s keenness and role in supporting the work of those in charge of caring for the home’s inmates, enhancing its role as community police, and consolidating its relations with the institutions that It is concerned with the social and humanitarian aspect in order to achieve the principle of social responsibility towards all groups of society, wishing them further development and progress in serving the humanitarian work in the state
