100% satisfaction of partners from Ajman Police The permanent higher committee of Ajman Police discusses the results of the satisfaction of the partners and examines the initiatives and proposals that enhance the quality of police work

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander- in-Chief of Ajman Police, presided over the meeting of the Permanent Higher Committee of the Ajman Police, which was held remotely via visual communication technology, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier General Abdullah Saif Al- Matroushi, Director General of Police Operations, and the members of the committee, who are directors of departments in Ajman Police. His Excellency the Ajman Police Commander-in-Chief welcomed the officers, members of the Permanent Supreme Committee, praising their distinguished efforts and achievements in achieving safety and security, enhancing the quality of life and protecting people. During the meeting, the results of the Partners ’Opinion Survey for the year 2020 were reviewed at the Ministry of Interior, where the Ajman Police obtained a rating of 100% on the level of partners’ satisfaction at the level of the Ministry of Interior in terms of general impression, satisfaction as a partner, the effectiveness of the partnership, the extent of benefit, the positive impact of the partnership in addition to the facilities and cooperation. Which led to the success of the partnership. The initiatives developed for the Police Training Center for the year 2021 were also reviewed, and ways to achieve them were discussed in order to raise the rate of happiness and positivity in the police work environment, in addition to introducing a number of initiatives that enhance the satisfaction and happiness of workers, as well as the productivity indicators of departments and the human capital measurement system were discussed. To review the proposals of the fifth session of the strategic plan 2021-2031, the proposals and services provided by the departments, and follow-up on their implementation in accordance with the approved plan.
