The Ajman Police General Command organized the first Talents Forum, to introduce and honor talented employees, in the belief of the Ajman Police and the Ministry of Interior that their employees are their real wealth and they are the future that we see in their ability and competence to support the achievement of the future direction of the leadership and support its distinguished career in local and international forums, in coordination With the General Administration for Capacity Development at the Ministry of Interior. The forum was chaired by His Excellency Brigadier General Mubarak Khalfan Al-Razi, Director General of Resources and Support Services, and said in his speech that the Ajman Police attaches great importance to human capital, as it is the most prominent factor of success and development factors, whether through mental or physical production or thinking, so we were keen to enhance the quality of life of talented people by providing the necessary resources Which contribute to enhancing their role by achieving the efficiency and effectiveness of work outputs, achieving leadership in the current and future results of the Ministry of Interior, and enhancing the competitiveness of the UAE in all fields. The forum was held virtually with the participation of a large number of senior officers, officers and individuals, in addition to preparing an opinion poll to find out the extent of satisfaction and happiness of the leadership staff about the Talented Forum in terms of the mechanism for selecting the gifted, and the role of leadership in supporting and providing talented people with opportunities for growth and lifelong learning, and the selected were also honored. In conclusion, the forum came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which is coordination with the Training Center to give priority in the process of joining specialized courses for the gifted, and coordination with directors of departments to give talented people a chance to be selected for membership in committees and work teams, as well as assigning the Human Resources Department and the leadership talent team to follow up the implementation of plans for empowering and developing the talents' skills.
