Ajman Police enhances career happiness and quality of life for its employees

As part of its continuous efforts to achieve the Quality of Life Strategy 2031, and to enhance the psychological and functional happiness and quality of life of its employees, the Ajman Police General Command launched the Virtual Mental Health Promotion Center, and a program to provide integrated medical services in cooperation with the Emirates Red Crescent Authority. Lt. Colonel Abdullah Ali Alwan, Deputy Director of Human Resources Department and Head of the Happiness and Quality of Life Team, said that Ajman Police pays great attention to promoting mental health and quality of life for its employees, and has been launching initiatives that enhance happiness and quality of life, so the virtual mental health promotion center and a presentation program were launched. Integrated medical services to enhance the quality of life for employees. The Head of the Happiness and Quality of Life Team stressed that the launch of the center aims to enhance institutional awareness of the importance of the moral and psychological health of employees, provide an attractive work environment and positive working relationships in a happy society, in addition to enabling the employee to achieve a balance between work pressures and social life, and help him overcome pressures and challenges. Psychological and social support with the support of the Social Support Department, as well as achieving the required balance between professional and social life within specialized consulting sessions, and contributing to raising work efficiency and increasing productivity by achieving the assigned goals. A program to provide integrated medical services was also launched in cooperation with the Emirates Red Crescent Authority, which will contribute to preserving the health of workers and providing integrated medical services to them and their families. The Emirates Red Crescent will provide medical services and medicines necessary for Ajman Police employees and their families at special discounts, with the aim of improving the health level of employees. and enhance their satisfaction, happiness and quality of life.
