Ajman Police operations check 5 seconds in answering calls

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander- in-Chief of Ajman Police, honored a group of "response heroes" from the Operations Department, for achieving the best indicator in answering calls within 5 seconds, as part of its continuous efforts to enhance the national indicator of the speed of response time to emergency situations. His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police handed certificates of honor and motivational rewards to First Assistant Abdullah Saeed Al-Sahbi, First Assistant Humaid Rashid Al-Musaibi, First Assistant Youssef Hassan Al-Raisi, Corporal Sultan Naji Al-Alili, and Corporal Muhammad Hassan Al-Balushi. His Excellency praised the excellence of the performance of the operating room staff and their dedication to work and the speed of responding to calls professionally and transferring them to the competent authorities, which contributed to reducing the response time in answering calls to 5 seconds, which in turn supports faster access to the communication site, which supports the achievement of the national indicator in achieving Emergency response time and safety index. Lt. Colonel Hisham Abdullah Abu Shehab, Director of Operations Department at Ajman Police, explained that the honorees showed positive competition in the performance of their tasks and were dedicated to their work by responding to the public’s emergency calls to the operations room and dealt with them professionally and in record time, achieving the leadership’s goal by achieving zero missed calls, and they responded to all calls. In less than five seconds, they deserved to be honored.
