Ajman Police enhances artificial intelligence in serving customers by launching a smart robot

Within the framework of the efforts exerted to support the government’s approach to smart transformation in the provision of services, the Ajman Police General Command launched smart robots in the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Services Center to enhance artificial intelligence in the service of customers, allowing customers to obtain assistance in completing their services, in order to achieve the strategic goal of the Ministry of Interior represented To enhance the happiness of customers about the services provided. His Excellency Brigadier General Khalid Muhammad Al Nuaimi, Deputy Director General of Police Operations at Ajman Police, said that the launch of smart robots at the service center came as part of the leadership’s efforts to enhance artificial intelligence in serving customers, stressing its commitment to encouraging them to use smart channels to deliver services, and striving to be a pioneering, sustainable and innovative police leadership. Two robots were provided to provide assistance to customers in obtaining the required services. Colonel Sultan Khalifa Abu Muhair, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, explained that the first robot is a talking robot that receives customers and welcomes them at the entrance to the center, and is specialized in answering customers’ inquiries and providing them with the required data about a range of services provided by the center in both Arabic and English, and the customer can choose the service he wants to inquire About it and obtain all the data and requirements to complete the service, such as the service of opening a traffic file, the service of inquiring about traffic violations, and other services. Another robot has been provided with the task of optionally accompanying the customer to the required service counter according to the type of service. The Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department confirmed that Ajman Police provides all its services through its website and smart application, which allows customers to complete all transactions through smart channels at any time and from anywhere, saving their time and effort and achieving their happiness.
