Ajman Police General Command obtained the international standard for customer satisfaction ISO 10004:2018 and the standard for purchasing sustainability ISO 20400:2017 from SGS Gulf LTD after completing all the conditions and requirements for obtaining the two specifications. His Excellency Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director of Strategy and Performance Development at Ajman Police stated that the procurement sustainability specification is an international specification that is linked to the financial performance of the institution, and the importance of this specification is due to its great role in achieving sustainable development in the environmental, social and economic fields, through its connection with the support and development of small projects And sustainability in purchasing everything that supports a sustainable environment and providing renewable energy sources, noting that the Ajman Police is the first government agency to obtain this specification at the level of the Ministry of Interior and the Government of Ajman. The Director of Strategy and Performance Development added that the police obtaining the international standard for customer satisfaction ISO 10004:2018 came as part of its efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and happiness about the services provided, a specification that goes beyond its objectives to achieve satisfaction and happiness to reach the expectations of customers and achieve proactiveness in providing services, which is one of the The most important keys to the institution's distinction are its role in monitoring and measuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to identifying opportunities for improvement of the institution's policy, services and procedures, and enhancing customers' confidence in the quality of services provided. His Excellency added that the audit of the requirements of the two standards was carried out by a specialized team of consultants from SGS (LTD) who granted the certificates of the two specifications to the Ajman Police in accordance with international standards and standards, adding that the Ajman Police obtained the two specifications in line with the strategy of the Ministry of Interior aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction about The services provided, and ensuring the provision of all administrative services in accordance with standards of quality, efficiency and transparency.
