Ajman Police enhances the quality of digital life by launching a proactive “inquiry about the progress of the communication” service

As part of its continuous efforts to enhance the quality of digital life for the UAE community and its commitment to positive citizenship and good dealings, the Ajman Police General Command launched a proactive reporting service, in order to meet the aspirations and happiness of customers, and achieve the strategic goal of enhancing customer happiness with the services provided. In detail, Lt. Col. Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of the Comprehensive City Police Station, a member of the Smart Services Transformation Team, said that the official launch of the proactive reporting service came after its trial launch for the positive comprehensive police station dealers to monitor improvement opportunities, as part of Ajman Police's endeavor to enhance the quality of digital life, and develop The services provided to customers, urging them to go digital and use smart applications to facilitate and reduce the time of procedures for obtaining the service without the need for personal attendance to service centers, a service launched in partnership with the Electronic Services and Communications Department and includes all comprehensive police stations in the Emirate of Ajman. Lieutenant-Colonel Al-Kaabi indicated that the service of inquiry about the progress of the communication is a proactive service that came as an initiative to meet the wishes of customers and make them happy in a proactive manner. On a previous report, adding that the launch of the service contributed to reducing the number of visitors to comprehensive police stations by 31% of the total number of visitors in order to inquire about the progress of the communication.
