Within the framework of the Ministry of Interior’s endeavor to achieve institutional leadership by providing the best work environment and achieving the requirements of the National Program for Happiness and Quality of Life in the Work Environment for the year 2021, and based on the results of surveys on quality of life in the work environment implemented by the Research and Development Center at the Ministry of Interior, which aims to achieve employee satisfaction and happiness In the Ministry of Interior, the Ajman Police General Command achieved the first place as the best work environment at the level of the sectors of the Ministry of Interior. His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, praised this achievement by the Ajman Police, stressing that the Ajman Police always seeks to develop and improve the work environment and focus on upgrading initiatives that would enhance positivity, motivation and inspiration for the employee to ensure the continuity of employee satisfaction and raise the level of their happiness and positivity in Work environment. His Excellency added that the Ajman Police's first place as the best work environment confirms the interest in the human element and the provision of an ideal work environment in various respects, while providing capabilities and an environment that encourages productivity at work. The results of human resources satisfaction surveys at the level of the Ministry of Interior, which included several axes in which Ajman Police achieved the first place as the best authority in several axes, namely, quality of life of the work environment, job happiness, work environment in addition to the axis of the supervisory category, and working conditions. For his part, Brigadier General Muhammad Shaiban Swaidan, Director of Human Resources Department, indicated that the Ministry of Interior applies advanced programs in measuring job satisfaction through periodic questionnaires and accurate opinion polls, during which Ajman Police achieved first place as the best work environment at the level of the Ministry of Interior, through several initiatives and projects.
