Ajman Police enhances road security with trailer inspection and registration service in cooperation with the Transport Authority

The Ajman Police General Command has strengthened the initiative to inspect and register fishermen's boat trailers in the Ajman Fishermen Association, in cooperation with the Transport Authority represented by the Speed Center for Vehicles Testing, in order to achieve the strategic objectives of the Ministry of Interior of making roads safer and enhancing public happiness about the services provided. Captain Ali Muhammad Al Nuaimi, Head of Vehicle Licensing Department at Ajman Police, said that the initiative includes examining all trailers, and ensuring that they comply with safety requirements, to make it easier for fishermen to complete the procedures for examining and licensing trailers in the Ajman Fishermen Association without the need to go to the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Services Center in Al Jarf area, to support procedures Reducing the incidence of fishing boats falling during transport and the resulting obstruction to traffic and damage to vehicles in the event of a fall. The head of the Vehicles Licensing Department added that the inspection and registration of trailers is open at the Ajman Fishermen's Association in the Safia area in Mushairif, starting from 05/18/2022 and for a period of two months, so that the working hours are from 08:00 in the morning until 10:00 in the morning. For his part, Mr. Ammar Hassan Al Shaer, Director of Speed Center for Vehicle Testing and Registration, indicated the Permanent Transport Authority's keenness to enhance joint cooperation with partners in all fields, to ensure the improvement and development of the quality of services provided to the public and to facilitate the procedures for obtaining them. Captain Ali Muhammad Al Nuaimi called on fishermen to cooperate with the Ajman Police to finish the procedures for licensing trailers, thanking the management of the Ajman Fishermen's Association and the Ajman Transport Authority for their cooperation in making the initiative a success.
