Ajman Police presents its experience of happiness and quality of life to the delegation of the Special Security Forces of the Ministry of Interior

Lt. Colonel Abdullah Ali Alwan, Deputy Director of Human Resources Department and Head of the Happiness and Quality of Life Team at Ajman Police, received a delegation from the Special Security Forces at the Ministry of Interior, in order to learn about the Ajman Police experience in happiness and quality of life. The meeting was attended by members of the happiness team in Ajman Police, and a group of Officers and non-commissioned officers of the Special Security Forces at the Ministry of Interior level. Lt. Colonel Abdullah Alwan said that the numbers achieved by Ajman Police to reach leadership are the fruits of the tireless efforts made by all employees, as it achieved first place in the quality of life work environment survey for two consecutive years 2020, 2021, in addition to obtaining the international standard as the best work environment by 94 percent. % as the first security agency in the world in 2021, and three comprehensive police stations (Al-Madina, Al-Nuaimiya and Al-Hamidiyah) obtained a five-star rating according to the Emirates Program for Excellence in Government Service. This came in the meeting organized with the aim of extending bridges of cooperation between the two parties, and presenting the programs and initiatives provided by the Ajman Police General Command to work on the happiness of its workers, which included a package of initiatives, including: initiatives to trust the future, through the establishment of an internal digital portal that serves employees and facilitates their working lives and achievement They are required in the simplest and fastest way, and a smart application by the Ajman Police to provide employee services such as providing vacations and training courses, in addition to a number of initiatives in the areas of health, fitness, physical and psychological safety, and activating the policy of rewarding outstanding work, which includes financial rewards, gifts and prizes, and celebrating distinguished employees at the leadership level. . In conclusion, Captain Hani Yaqoub Al-Khayyat from the salary of the Special Security Forces at the Ministry of Interior expressed the extent of the richness of the experience and the success reached by the Ajman Police General Command, and the extent of pride and benefit from the experience, stressing that the salary of the Special Security Forces at the Ministry of Interior will follow the example of the experience of the Happiness and Quality of Life Team in the Police Ajman, or any successful experience in all police leaders and state institutions.
