Ajman Police enhances customer satisfaction with the "At Your Service" initiative at Al Nuaimiya Police Station

As part of the continuous efforts to enhance the satisfaction and happiness of customers, and to meet their needs and aspirations, the Al Nuaimiya Comprehensive Police Station in the Ajman Police General Command continued to implement the “At Your Service” initiative, in order to achieve the Ministry of Interior’s strategic goal of enhancing customer satisfaction with the services provided. First Lieutenant Rashid Hamdan Humaid Al Nuaimi, Director of the Criminal Investigation and Research Branch, Deputy Head of the Services Development Team, said that the continuation of the initiative comes within the framework of keenness to support and improve the quality of life of this group of society, and to ensure their effective and continuous participation in providing our services in a manner that takes into account their needs, and to prepare the center to facilitate their access to all services. First Lieutenant Rashid Al Nuaimi added that the Ajman Police seeks, through the initiative, to deliver all police services to them in their places of residence in the jurisdiction area, out of a sense of social responsibility, providing smooth services and an exceptional experience for customers, noting that the category of senior citizens, people of determination and patients is a top priority.
