The flow of traffic on Al Nuaimiya Street and new transfers in Ajman

The General Command of Ajman Police, in cooperation with the Municipality and Planning Department, managed to control traffic, break up congestion, and form a smooth flow of traffic on alternative roads and new diversions in Al Nuaimiya and neighboring areas, following the implementation of a package of successful solutions and the expansion of entrances and exits. Major Rashid from Hindi, Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department, explained that the implemented solutions contributed significantly to removing congestion, as the entrances were expanded in the diversion of the roads leading to Al Nuaimiya area for those coming from the Emirate of Sharjah, in addition to the expansion of lanes that were experiencing difficulty in the movement of vehicles in the Al Nuaimiya area. And widening the roads for people heading from Al Nuaimiya area through Kuwait Street to the city center and to Al Ittihad Street in new diversions, in addition to distributing traffic patrols to monitor movement and arrest violators. He pointed out that the new amendments to the diversions made the traffic more smooth and streamlined since the first hours of implementation, and significantly reduced traffic congestion on the diversion, stressing that the Ajman Police closely monitors the movement of vehicles and drivers' behavior to ensure ease of movement until the completion of the project. The Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department called on drivers to follow the directional signs and abide by the specific traffic instructions for conversion to facilitate traffic and avoid the formation of congestion, noting that traffic awareness greatly contributes to ensuring the safety of road users during the project implementation period.
