Ajman Police resolve a complaint via Instagram to help a woman in the State of Kuwait

Ajman Police were able to help a lady from Kuwait after she suffered from difficulty in obtaining her required shipment from the UAE, in an effort to achieve social responsibility and in order to restore rights to their owners. Lt. Col. Yahya Khalaf Al Matrooshi, Head of Al Hamidiya Comprehensive Police Station, said that Ajman Police received a complaint via social media channels (Instagram) from a woman from the sisterly State of Kuwait, who was a visitor to the state in the Emirate of Ajman, and she ordered goods from a clothing store and paid the amount of goods to be received by shipping after departure. After she left the country, she did not receive the shipment due to a dispute between her and the seller over the amount of shipment. Lieutenant-Colonel Yahya Khalaf Al-Matrooshi said that one of the officers was assigned to receive the report, and within half an hour, Lieutenant A. Khamis Matar Al-Ketbi was able to reach the seller and by taking the necessary measures, he received the goods from him and contacted the complainant. He sent her goods through DHL on the same day, and the complainant received it the next day from receiving Complaint in the sisterly State of Kuwait. For her part, the lady expressed her overwhelming joy and pride in Ajman Police for their keenness to restore rights to their owners, despite submitting a complaint via Instagram, wishing Ajman Police progress and success in enhancing security and community service.
