As part of its efforts to enhance the quality of life and achieve the Ministry of Interior’s strategic goal of enhancing customer satisfaction with the services provided, the Ajman Police General Command launched a proactive “For Your Service” package, which aims to provide services to senior citizens and people of determination in their homes to facilitate their access to services, in cooperation with mediators Insurance and FAST Vehicle Testing and Licensing Center of the Security Services Support Authority. Colonel Sultan Khalifa bin Hareb Al Muhairi, Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department, said that the launch of the "To Serve You" package came in support of the "To Serve You" initiative launched by the leadership previously, which achieved a distinguished achievement by providing services to 273 beneficiaries of senior citizens and people of determination since its launch, bringing the satisfaction rate of the beneficiaries to 100. %. And because Ajman Police is keen to develop its services to enhance customer satisfaction and happiness, it has been developed from a service to a package that includes a number of services, including vehicle inspection service, ownership renewal service, vehicle insurance services, and parking permits for people of determination, so that the center employee communicates with customers From senior citizens and people of determination, informing them that the vehicle ownership is about to expire, after which a patrol at your service will move to the customer’s house. The Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department stressed that Ajman Police is keen to make all possible efforts and harness all its capabilities to provide services according to the highest quality standards in a way that enhances the satisfaction and happiness of customers, especially the categories of senior citizens and people of determination.
