His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police welcomed the officers, members of the Permanent Higher Committee, praising the use of the latest artificial intelligence techniques by employing metavirs technology to hold the meetings of the Permanent Higher Committee of Ajman Police, as part of the efforts made to support smart transformation and using the latest smart technical systems. His Excellency also praised the excellence achieved Leadership in the field of customer happiness by enhancing the quality of services provided, and the smart transformation in service provision. During the meeting, His Excellency was briefed on the indicator of the use of electronic and smart services in Ajman Police, and praised the distinguished efforts made to raise the rate of use of smart services, and the procedures and initiatives that were implemented to encourage customers to use them, which greatly contributed to enhancing customer satisfaction and happiness with the services provided. During the meeting, the results of the effectiveness of the organizational structure were reviewed and the comments received were discussed to enhance its effectiveness, in addition to reviewing and discussing the report of accidents and traffic violations for the year 2021/2022, as well as discussing the summary of the productivity report.
