The Permanent Higher Committee of Ajman Police discusses enhancing the quality of police work and customer satisfaction

His Excellency Brigadier General Khaled Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, presided over the meeting of the Permanent Higher Committee of Ajman Police, in the presence of His Excellency the members of the committee from the directors of departments at Ajman Police. His Excellency the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police welcomed the officers, members of the Permanent Supreme Committee, praising the excellence achieved by the leadership in the field of customer happiness by enhancing the quality of services provided, and smart transformation in the provision of services. During the meeting, His Excellency was briefed on the results of measuring the performance and productivity of the teams in the comprehensive police stations, and discussed with the members of the committee ways to improve work efficiency and increase productivity in various departments and sections, in order to enhance the quality of police work. The results of the customer satisfaction survey 2022, issued by the Ajman government, were also reviewed, and the results were discussed, analyzed and exchanged opinions and ideas affecting customer satisfaction, and the necessary plans to enhance institutional performance were discussed in order to raise the percentage of customers' satisfaction with police services.
