Ajman Police enhances the leadership competencies of officers through the Inspirational Leadership workshop presented by journalist Fahd Heikal

As part of its continuous efforts to enhance and raise the leadership competency of its members, the Ajman Police General Command organized a workshop entitled “Inspiring Leadership” at the Police Sports and Shooting Club in Ajman. The workshop was presented by media major Fahd Heikal from the Ministry of Interior, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier General Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, Brigadier General Mohammed Shaiban Suwaidan, Director of the Human Resources Department, and Brigadier Abdullah Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Director of the Foreign Police Stations Department, in the presence of a group of senior officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals. . Major Fahd Heikal touched on the concepts of leadership and its typical and innovative patterns in line with the directions of wise leadership in enhancing leadership competencies and skills, and the requirements for building a distinguished leadership personality and its importance in achieving the aspirations and visions of leadership and good government. The workshop also addressed leadership methods that enhance and raise the leadership competence of members.
