The Supreme Data Committee in the Emirate of Ajman discusses the draft data policy in the emirate

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, Chairman of the Committee, chaired the meeting of the Supreme Data Committee in the Emirate of Ajman, to discuss the draft data policy, in the presence of His Excellency Abdul Rahman Ali Al Shamsi, Director General of Legal Affairs, Vice Chairman of the Committee, and His Excellency Dr. Ohood Ali Shuhail, Director General of Ajman Digital, His Excellency Humaid Yousef Al Ajmani, Executive Director of Transformation, and gentlemen and ladies members of the committee. His Excellency the Chairman of the Committee welcomed the members, praising their tireless efforts, interaction and continuous communication in order to improve the level of services provided in the Ajman government, wishing them continued success. His Excellency stressed the importance of reviewing the draft Ajman Data Policy, which was prepared by the Ajman Digital Department. The results of the committee’s work during the previous period were also reviewed and discussed, as the Chairman of the Committee thanked the Ajman Digital Department for their efforts in preparing policies that support the department’s efforts in achieving its goals. Towards raising the level of efficiency of government services, and keeping pace with the requirements of digital transformation in the emirate to improve the customer experience in all government departments in the emirate. For her part, His Excellency Dr. Ohoud Shuhail presented the stages that the policy went through. During the project’s work, the context of data and digital government in the UAE in general and in the Emirate of Ajman in particular was studied, and the leading local, regional and international practices in this field were also reviewed. In conclusion, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi stressed the necessity of working and unifying all efforts in order to enhance the level of efficiency of government services provided in the emirate, and to keep pace with the acceleration, development and development to enhance the distinguished image of the Ajman government.
