Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi praises the excellence of performance and speed of response in operations management

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, praised the outstanding performance of the Operations Department in dealing with reports received from the Operations Room and the speed of response to emergency situations. This came during His Excellency's inspection of the Operations Department, accompanied by Colonel Hisham Abdullah Bushahab, Director of the Operations Department, and Colonel Ahmed Rashid Al Suwaidi, Director of the Commander-in-Chief's Office, in implementation of the timetable for the Commander-in-Chief's annual inspection system in accordance with the approved standards to review the progress of work procedures and determine the needs and requirements for development and modernization. His Excellency began the inspection tour with a visit to the operations room and praised the efforts made to quickly respond to calls and reports in the shortest possible time, as the Ajman Police Operations Room received more than a million calls during the year 2023 and dealt with them professionally as quickly as possible, which contributed to achieving the indicator that the UAE seeks to achieve. It results in enhancing security and safety and saving lives. Then His Excellency reviewed the mobile operations room, electronic systems, programs, devices, and modern technologies for monitoring, raising response rates to reports, and following up on traffic in the emirate. He reviewed the development initiatives and projects of the operations room at the Ajman Police Command. At the end of the inspection tour, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi held a meeting with the officers to review the performance indicators and follow up on its development and modernization processes in order to achieve the highest levels of security and safety in the emirate. His Excellency also directed to the necessity of continuing to develop the various work procedures and services provided to customers.
