Closing of the Ramadan Championship for the Police Sports and Shooting Club for basketball

The Ramadan Championship of the Police Sports and Shooting Club in Ajman Basketball, which was organized by the club in its first edition during the current month of March, was concluded with the participation of 6 teams from the United Arab Emirates and various Arab, Asian and European countries and attracted a distinguished public presence throughout its days. The matches witnessed an exciting competition between the participating teams to win first places and the championship cup, in the presence of a wide participation of fans and relatives of the contestants. The Mamita-warriors team won first place, while the Shargawi team won second place, and the Eagles team won third place. His Excellency Brigadier General Obaid Al Matrooshi, Director of the Police Club, along with Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Abdullah Bushahab, Member of the Board of Directors, handed over prizes to the winners in the first three places, and congratulated them on their well- deserved victory. He also saluted their sportsmanship, distinguished competition, and team spirit, which resulted in their well-deserved victory. For their part, the participating teams expressed their sincere thanks and gratitude to the Ajman Police and the club management for hosting the tournament and the excellent organization that instilled in them enthusiasm and the spirit of competition, wishing them continued success, distinction and more achievements. The President of the Police Sports and Shooting Club extended his sincere thanks to the tournament organizing committee, the supervisory committee and the referees for their wonderful and well-organised performance, which emerged during the competitions to crown the tournament with success, thus achieving the club’s goal and mission in hosting the tournament in a way that enhances and supports the sports sector in the Emirate of Ajman.
