The Permanent Supreme Committee of Ajman Police discusses ways to make customers happy by employing the features of artificial intelligence

His Excellency Brigadier Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, stressed the importance of keeping pace with technical and technological developments and benefiting from them in supporting and enhancing the quality of police work and making customers happy with the services provided, through developing innovation and supporting the features of artificial intelligence. This came during His Excellency's chairing of the meeting of the Internal Supreme Leadership Committee of Ajman Police, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director General of Resources and Support Services, and the members of the Permanent Supreme Committee. During the meeting, His Excellency the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police was briefed on the efforts organized for the academic year, organizing traffic and making students happy. The results of the strategic indicators for the first half of 2024 were also reviewed and discussed, in addition to reviewing the report on the police's participation in the Government Excellence Awards. His Excellency discussed the most prominent and important modern technologies and new systems to advance the quality of work and their important role in eliminating bureaucracy and facilitating procedures to achieve customer happiness, where the new initiatives in artificial intelligence were presented to provide services, and smart systems in comprehensive police stations that enhance proactivity and the quality of customer service to achieve their ambitions. In conclusion, His Excellency Brigadier Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi praised the efforts made by the members of the Permanent Supreme Leadership Committee, pointing out the importance of continuing these efforts to achieve the vision of the Ministry of Interior and strategic goals.
