The Permanent Supreme Committee of Ajman Police discusses ways to enhance the quality of life

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, chaired the meeting of the Permanent Supreme Committee of Ajman Police, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Khalid Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, His Excellency Brigadier Abdullah Saif Al Matrooshi, Director General of Police Operations, His Excellency Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director General of Resources and Support Services, and the members of the committee from the directors of departments and heads of centers at Ajman Police, at the Police Sports and Shooting Club. The meeting began with a review of the results of the survey measuring the quality of life in the work environment and discussing ways to create a positive work environment that includes the psychological, physical, social and personal aspects of employees, which establishes the comprehensive concept of improving the working life of Ajman Police employees through comprehensive empowerment and promoting positive behavior with mental and physical health at the individual and institutional levels to achieve job happiness, which contributes to raising and sustaining performance in the security field, in addition to presenting and discussing the innovation system in leadership and innovative initiatives and projects that enhance the quality of police work.
