Ajman Police honors its employees who won the Minister of Interior Award for Excellence, Director General Stage, in the seventh session 2024

The General Command of Ajman Police organized a ceremony to honor the distinguished employees who won the Director General Award within the stages of the Minister of Interior Excellence Award, the seventh session, where His Excellency Brigadier Abdullah Saif Al Matrooshi, Director General of the General Department of Police Operations, Brigadier Ali Obaid Al Shamsi, Director General of the General Department of Resources and Support Services, and Brigadier Mohammed Shaiban Suwaidan, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Resources and Support Services, honored the winning employees during the honoring ceremony organized by the General Command of Ajman Police in the Emirates Hall at the Police Training Center, in the presence of department directors, section heads, and a number of officers, non-commissioned officers and individuals from Ajman Police. The honoring included the winners from each category within the categories of the Director General Award, which is the first stage of the Minister of Interior Excellence Award, in addition to honoring the participants, the arbitration committee, evaluation team committees and coordinators. Colonel Saif Al Falasi, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department, said that honoring the award winners came in appreciation of the efforts and to motivate the distinguished capabilities and competencies of employees, to encourage them to compete in all areas of work to achieve distinguished institutional results and achieve leadership in security and police work, stressing the importance of benefiting from the outcomes of the Director General's Award in improving performance at the functional level and its reflection at the institutional level. The Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department added that such events are part of the framework of motivating professional talents to excel in performance, noting that the Director General's Award was implemented according to a clear plan to manage and organize the award and implement it within the specified time in direct coordination with the Excellence and Leadership Department at the Ministry of Interior. The Director Generals congratulated the award winners, wishing them further progress, success and excellence in performance, and translating the appreciation they received into achievements in their various fields of work to achieve the objectives of His Highness the Minister of Interior's Award for Excellence and the aspirations of the General Command of Ajman Police to achieve institutional leadership in all areas of work.
