Ajman Police Commander-in-Chief hosts a group of employees in the "An Hour with the Leader" initiative and listens to their suggestions

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, hosted a group of employees from the Ajman Police General Command, as part of the "An Hour with the Leader" initiative, to enhance effective communication, shorten the distance between the leader and his employees, and make them happy. His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief met with a group of employees from various police departments and centers, and spoke without barriers as a brother and colleague about the important role of positivity and innovation in success, excellence, and achievements that contributed to the advancement of Ajman Police and its arrival to the ranks of global countries in achievement indicators. His Excellency praised their continuous efforts in supporting the excellence and leadership of Ajman Police, which contributed to obtaining local, regional, and international awards. His Excellency then gave the employees the opportunity to speak, listened to their suggestions, discussed with them the means to achieve them, and immediately ordered the necessary measures to be taken for implementation. At the end of the meeting, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi honored the employees participating in the session, expressing his thanks for their attendance, interaction, and distinguished suggestions, and for their participation in the “An Hour with the Leader” initiative.
