Ajman Police enhance traffic safety by implementing the "Ramadan, Safety and Security" campaign in 40 public parks in the emirate.

As part of its efforts to enhance traffic awareness and promote a culture of road safety, the Traffic and Patrols Department at the Ajman Police General Command implemented the "Ramadan: Safety and Security" campaign, a traffic awareness campaign in 40 public parks across the emirate, in cooperation with the Municipality and Planning Department. Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Humaid Bin Hindi, Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department at Ajman Police, said the campaign aimed to raise public awareness of traffic safety precautions and requirements, including adhering to speed limits and using seatbelts. It also highlighted the dangers of using mobile phones while driving and the need for pedestrians to cross in designated areas. The Deputy Director of the Traffic and Patrols Department added that the campaign, held under the slogan "Ramadan: Safety and Security," was implemented throughout the holy month of Ramadan. He noted that the campaign included cultural competitions for the public, during which awareness brochures were distributed electronically through the deployment of traffic personnel in the targeted parks. Lieutenant Colonel Rashid Bin Hindi emphasized that Ajman Police always strives to implement similar awareness campaigns in various public places and educational institutions, seeking to raise traffic awareness among members of the community and achieve the highest rates of road safety.
