Masfout Comprehensive Police Station Educates Kindergarten and School Students on Traffic Safety Precautions in the Mazra'a Traffic Village
As part of its efforts to enhance traffic awareness among children, the Masfout
Comprehensive Police Station, in cooperation with Mazra'a Kindergarten, organized a
kindergarten awareness campaign under the slogan "Safety Begins in Childhood." The
campaign targeted several schools in the area, including Masfout and Mazra'a Kindergarten,
Al Basatin, Ammar Bin Yasser School, and Al Hikma Private School.
Major Dr. Khalifa Ali Al Kaabi, Director of the Traffic and Patrols Branch at the station,
said that this campaign aims to instill traffic safety principles in children from an early age
through recreational and educational activities, in addition to distributing brochures and
simplified awareness drawings.
A number of employees from the Traffic and Patrols Branch and the Customer Happiness
Unit at the station participated in the event, providing simple explanations to the children
on how to cross the road safely, recognize traffic signs, the importance of using a car seat,
and the golden rule. The event was well-received by children and teachers, as it contributes
to building a generation aware of traffic safety rules.
