Ajman Police Commander-in-Chief commends high achievement rates at the General Department of Police Operations

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, praised the distinguished efforts of the General Department of Police Operations in achieving the National Agenda indicators. These efforts have contributed to enhancing security and safety, enhancing road safety, and increasing community satisfaction with police services. This came during His Excellency's inspection of the General Department of Police Operations and the Mishrif Comprehensive Police Station, in the presence of His Excellency Brigadier Abdullah Saif Al Matrooshi, Director General of Police Operations, Colonel Saif Khalifa Al Muhairi, Director of the Comprehensive Police Stations Department, and a number of officers. The inspection was conducted in accordance with the scheduled inspection schedule to review the progress of work procedures. His Excellency also stopped to discuss development and modernization needs and requirements. His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police began the inspection tour by reviewing the workflow and procedures followed by the Support Services Section of the Police Operations Department. During the tour, His Excellency reviewed the National Agenda indicators and the results of implementing the proposals. He also reviewed the Strategy and Performance Development Section and its affiliated units, highlighting the department's most prominent activities and initiatives. His Excellency praised the high achievement rates, positive performance indicators, and the focus on promoting a culture of quality, the increasing number of beneficiaries, as well as the achievements of implementing the Global Star System for service delivery and developing customer happiness initiatives. His Excellency then inspected the Mishrif Comprehensive Police Station, where he reviewed the branches, units, work mechanisms, achievement rates, and new initiatives. He praised the significant focus on employee training in terms of smart transformation and smart services, in addition to the new mechanism for reducing response times to reports. At the end of the inspection tour, His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi discussed what he had learned to enhance work quality. He directed the need to sustainably develop various work procedures and services provided to customers, and to make every possible effort to protect lives and property and enhance security and safety.
