Ajman Police and Ajman Digital Authority Expect Partnership for Digital Electricity Services

His Excellency Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi stressed that this agreement comes within the framework of Ajman Police’s commitment to supporting the digital transformation strategy pursued by the Ajman government, noting that cooperation with the Ajman Digital Department reflects the leadership’s keenness to develop the security and service work system using the latest technologies. He said: His Excellency: "We are keen to ensure the continuity of service provision with high efficiency under various circumstances, clarify shared roles and responsibilities, and enhance institutional integration to serve customers in the best possible way." As part of its efforts to improve the level of services provided and enhance digital transformation efforts, the Ajman Police General Command signed a joint cooperation agreement with the Ajman Digital Department. The agreement was signed on behalf of Ajman Police by Major General Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police, in the presence of Brigadier Abdullah Saif Al Matrooshi, Director General of Police Operations, and Brigadier Sultan Khalifa bin Hareb Al Muhairi, Director General of Resources and Support Services. On behalf of the Ajman Digital Department, the agreement was signed by Dr. Ohood Ali Shahil, Director General of the Department. His Excellency the Commander-in-Chief of Ajman Police said that the agreement aims to enhance cooperation in streamlining operations and reducing procedures and the time required to complete transactions. This is achieved through electronic linking between the two parties' systems and the exchange of data, which facilitates service access, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures customer happiness. For her part, Her Excellency Dr. Ohood Ali Shahil, Director General of the Ajman Digital Authority, expressed her happiness with this agreement, which supports excellence in service delivery. She noted that the agreement opens new horizons for cooperation in several areas that serve both parties, contributing to improving the quality of services and enhancing community satisfaction within an integrated and sustainable digital environment. The agreement stipulates expanding channels of communication and shared information, and intensifying coordination between the relevant authorities involved in implementing its provisions, in a manner that supports the development of services, enhances government efficiency, and achieves the goals of Ajman Vision 2030.
