Ajman Police Enhances Quality of Life for People of Determination by Offering Parking Permit Issuance Service via Smart App

As part of the Ajman Police General Command's commitment to enhancing the quality of life for people of determination, and as part of a series of initiatives marking the Year of Community, Ajman Police has enhanced its excellence by offering a parking permit service for people of determination via the Ajman Police smart app. This is a qualitative step aimed at facilitating procedures and achieving the highest levels of service for members of society, especially people of determination. Major Ali Mohammed Al Nuaimi, Head of the Vehicle Licensing Department, said that the service was previously provided in a paper form, requiring personal attendance at a service center. It has been developed and transformed into a fully integrated smart digital service that can be completed in minutes via the Ajman Police smart app, eliminating the need to visit service centers. The Head of the Vehicle Licensing Department added that this digital transformation aligns with Ajman Police's vision to support smart government initiatives and provide innovative services that enhance customer happiness and satisfaction. It also contributes to enabling people of determination to benefit from services with ease, in line with global best practices, and supports the country's efforts to eliminate bureaucracy. Major Ali Al Nuaimi emphasized that Ajman Police continues to develop its services to serve all segments of society and promote inclusiveness and equal access to services. He called on people of determination and their guardians to take advantage of the new service via the Ajman Police smart app.
