The Ajman Police General Command's Vehicle and Driver Licensing Services Center achieved
outstanding results during the first half of 2025, recording an overall service satisfaction rate of
99% and a customer satisfaction rate of 100%, according to the Service Monitor (Customer
Pulse) system indicators. This clearly confirms the center's commitment to improving customer
experience and enhancing the quality of services provided.
Statistics showed an increase in customer use of smart channels to 96.35% of the total
transactions completed, compared to 95.18% for the same period in 2024. The total number of
transactions completed through various channels during the first half of this year reached
297,406, compared to 202,128 for the same period last year, an increase of more than 47%. In
this context, Colonel Abdullah Humaid Al Matrooshi, Deputy Director of the Vehicles and
Drivers Licensing Department, stated that these positive indicators are the result of integrated
efforts and the center's commitment to launching quality initiatives that meet customer needs
and enhance their satisfaction, in line with the wise leadership's directives to provide pioneering
and proactive government services.
Colonel Abdullah Humaid Al Matrooshi explained that these results reflect the impact of the
innovative initiatives launched by the center, most notably the "For Your Proactive Service"
initiative for senior citizens; the "Digital Parking Permit for People of Determination" initiative
via the Ajman Police smart app; the "Innovation Lab Sessions with Customers" initiative to
monitor feedback and improve services; the "Your Time First" initiative to measure service
delivery time and adherence to it; and the "Smart Lobby" initiative, which enables services to
be provided via smart channels within the center.
The Deputy Director of the Vehicles and Drivers Licensing Department indicated that the
service delivery time was only 54 seconds, while the waiting time did not exceed one minute
and six seconds. This achieved a full compliance rate with both service delivery and waiting
times, reflecting the efficiency of internal procedures and the speed of response to customer
needs. Colonel Al Matrooshi affirmed the center's commitment to continuing to develop its
smart services and improve customer experience, in support of the UAE government's vision of
providing interconnected, smart, and proactive services that are customer-centric and achieve
the highest levels of satisfaction.
