Ajman Police enhance customer satisfaction by implementing the "An Hour with the Customer" initiative at Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station.

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and happiness, and to meet their needs and aspirations, in support of the wise leadership's vision to work effectively and efficiently to enhance the quality of life for the UAE community by providing smart, proactive, and innovative services to protect lives, honor, and property, the Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station at the Ajman Police General Command implemented the "An Hour with the Customer" initiative, in coordination and cooperation with the Command's Customer Happiness Department. Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Al Shaali, Head of the Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station, said that the initiative was implemented as part of Ajman Police's efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and happiness by improving the quality of services provided by the station. This included engaging with customers in open sessions, listening to their suggestions and comments, and expressing their opinions regarding the services provided. This reflects the station's commitment to implementing best practices to ensure the provision of distinguished services that exceed customer expectations. The Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station achieved a 99% customer satisfaction index. Lieutenant Colonel Mohammed Al Shaali held an open session with a number of the center's customers for an hour, attended by a number of the station's officers. During the session, they listened to their suggestions, ideas, and the challenges they face, discussing them to determine appropriate solutions. They also explored ways to improve services and explored new initiatives. For their part, the customers expressed their happiness with this open meeting with the Al Jurf Comprehensive Police Station, emphasizing that Ajman Police's commitment to direct and open communication with customers confirms its commitment to enhancing the quality of services.
